   Sonja M. (Fryer) Heck, 49, of Williamsport, went to her Lord and Savior Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018, when she was gruesomely murdered and taken away from us.
   Born March 2, 1969, in Williamsport, and a graduate of Jersey Shore Area High School in 1987. She was the daughter of Portia A. Fryer and the late Ernest L. Fryer, of Jersey Shore.
   Sonja was employed by ManorCare in Jersey Shore as a CNA, which she loved dearly, she had 20 plus years of experience.
   She was an avid crocheter, knitter and seamstress.
   She and her husband, Ed, had moved back to this area only 2 months ago to be closer to her grandchildren and family.
   In addition to her mother, she is survived by her two children, Emily R. (Fryer) Rowe and friend, Harry, of Williamsport, and Amber Farnum, of Coatsville, Pa.; grandchildren, Camden, Tyson and Ariana, whom she loved dearly; a brother, Kevin L. (Janice) Fryer, of Jersey Shore; sister, Stephanie A. (Chad) Coleman, of Clinton, Iowa; niece and nephew, Leanne and Wesley Coleman, of Clinton, Iowa; and maternal grandfather, Homer Burgin, of Louisville, Kentucky.
   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sonja's name may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation at http://www.pancan.org. or the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
   A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Thoughts n Prayers to Family / Friends .
I went to school with Sonja she was a remarkable , loving person.
Although we lost contact over the years I'm sure that never changed from knowing her
That's just the kind of person she was even in younger days .
Prayers to all ! She will be greatly missed !
