    Clarence "Tuffy" Lawson Conner, 74, born July 31, 1945, in Jersey Shore, went to be with the Lord on Nov. 22, 2019, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

    Tuffy was proceded in death by his parents, Clarence E. (Bud) and Lela Conner,  of Avis; and brother, Robert "Bob" E. Conner, of McElhatten.

    Tuffy has three surviving sisters, Sharon (Jerry) Delaney, Ethel (Steve) Eisenhower and Shirley (Robert) Bloom; and sister-in-law, Linda Conner, number two of McElhattan; and one surviving brother, William (Vicki) Conner.

    Tuffy graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1963. He was united in marriage to the love of his life Linda L. Kitchen that same year. They were blessed to have been married for 56 wonderful years.

    His surviving children are Clarence L. (Rita) Conner Jr., of Leeper, Brenda E. Conner, of Avis, Tracy L. (Bruce) Eichenlaub, of Avis, and Victor M. Olivero, of New York City. Tuffy has ten grandchildren,  Lauren Conner, Lawson "LT" (Mandy) Conner, Matthew (Kendra) Bardo, Joshua (Kelly) Eichenlaub, Hannah L. (Raymond III) Alexander, Jessica Eichenlaub, Anthony Shaffer, Victor Olivero III, Jacob (Lisa) Brentzel and Justin Brentzel. Tuffy also has seven great-grandchildren.

    He was a truck driver for 54 years, most of which were spent as an owner-operator, where he was known as "the Woodpecker." Tuffy enjoyed his yearly trips with his family to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He enjoyed traveling cross country with his wife, Linda. In his spare time, he enjoyed tinkering in his garage, and looked forward to weekly family picnics on the back porch. He enjoyed and loved his cat "Ralph my boy!"

    Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, in the Flemington First Church of Christ, 714 Canal St., Flemington. A time of visitation will be held at 2 p.m. until the time of service Monday at church. He will be laid to rest at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, at the Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven. Rev. Mark Riley will officiate.

    In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the "All For One" Fund at the Flemington First Church of Christ, 714 Canal St, Mill Hall, PA 17751.
