Barbara J. Eisenhower

     Barbara J. Eisenhower, 63, of Jersey Shore, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital.

     Born April 6, 1960 in Jersey Shore, she was a daughter to Robert Rafter Sr. and the former Shirley Fry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Faye Smith, and a brother, Robert L. Rafter Jr.

     Barb was a graduate of Jersey Shore High School. She enjoyed volleyball, softball, and doing crafts.

     She is survived by her husband, Harvey F. Eisenhower, they were united in marriage on June 9, 2018; a son, Larry E. (Jessica) Gaines III, of Lock Haven; grandchildren, Hunter and Addison Gaines, of Lock Haven; sisters, Dolly E. Hurlbutt, of Beavertown and Robin (John) Jovan, of Avis; brother, Norman R. (Kim) Rafter, of Lock Haven.

     She will be laid to rest in the Jersey Shore Cemetery at a later date.

     Arrangements are entrusted to Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, Jersey Shore.
