Barry L. Searer

Barry L. Searer, 81, of Woolrich, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025 at UPMC Williamsport. 

Born May 25, 1943 in Lewistown, he was the son to the late Victor Lamont Sr. and Margaret Searer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Carolyn F. Searer on July 5, 2024. 

Barry worked as a as a Police Officer in Boynton Beach, FL,  Financial Officer at Northern Central Bank, Lowes and retired from Sales at IBM. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and was a member of the Light of Christ Church.

He is survived by a son, Michael B. Searer, of Columbia, TN; daughters, Lynn M. (Jim) Bies, of McElhattan and Heather L. Ceccoli, of Dunmore; 10 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
