Charles L. Garman

     Charles L. Garman, 73, of Jersey Shore, passed away Monday, June 7, 2021 at the Gatehouse.
     Born Oct. 22, 1947 in Jersey Shore, he was a son to the late Foster Garman and the former Bernice Lamey.
     After graduating from Jersey Shore High School in 1965, Charles honorably served his county in the U.S. Navy. He worked as the Director of Manufacturing Operations-Supply Division at Brodart and was the owner of Janey's Restaurant in Avis.
     He is survived by his sister, Christine A. Vairo of Jersey Shore; a brother, Jeffrey L. (Judy) Garman of Jersey Shore; and nephews, Leslie Bogert and Jeff Berfield; a niece, Becky Burfield; a great-nephew, Hayden Bogert and a special friend Tristan Keyte.
     He will be laid to rest in the Logan Mills Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
