Chester C. Harris

     Chester C. Harris, 69 of Jersey Shore, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 26, 2021, at his home.
     Born on Aug. 20, 1952 in Jersey Shore, he was a son of the late Roscoe J. Harris and the former Anna Smith.
     Chester was a graduate of Jersey Shore High School.  He was retired from Norfolk Southern after many years of service. He enjoyed golfing and fishing.
     Chester is survived by two sisters, Mary M. Hendricks of Jersey Shore and Helen M. (Robert) Brown of Williamsport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Elizabeth Marshall and Nancy Johnson; and his brothers, James, John and Ronald Harris.
     Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
