Cornelius Hurlbutt Obituary

Cornelius A. Hurlbutt, 92, of Jersey Shore, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2021 at Geisginer Jersey Shore Hospital.
Born March 19, 1929 in Jersey Shore, he was a son to the late Henry W. Hurlbutt and the former Blanche Myers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Rosella M. Hurlbutt on December 28, 2016.
Neil graduated from Jersey Shore high school and worked for Hollick's Coal Yard for many years. Later on he went to work for Jersey Shore Steel Company until he retired. His favorite past time was reading, doing puzzle books, mowing his yard and going out for Sunday dinners.
He will be laid to rest in the Jersey Shore Cemetery next to his wife at a later date.
