Cynthia A. Buttorff

     Cynthia A. Buttorff, 74, of Jersey Shore, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at her home.

     Born July 3, 1950 in Jersey Shore, she was a daughter to the late Jack Hauser and the former Anna Marie Jennings. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-laws, Stephen Buttorff and Donald Fox; and her mother and father-in-law, William Buttorff and the former Jane Welshans.

     She enjoyed spending time with her close family members and camping. She was an avid quilter which she proudly displayed throughout her home.

     Cynthia is survived by her loving husband, David W. Buttorff, they were united in marriage on January 11, 1969; daughter, Lisa (Mark) Hostrander; sisters, Linda (Ben) Falls, Susan (Rodney) Eck, and Nancy Fox; sister-in-law, Sharon (Steve) Shook; a brother, Jack (Erleen) Hauser; and several nieces and nephews. She was known by Dollar to her 3 loving grandchildren, Spencer (Zena) Hostrander, Britney Hostrander, and Carter (Carlee) Hostrander; and her great-grandchildren, Lakelyn and and Atlas Hostrander.

     Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
