Daniel Edward Kline, 50, of Vancouver, Washington, passed away unexpectedly at his home on July 6, 2025.
He was born in Williamsport, PA, on January 3, 1975, to Carol Eleanor Kline (Jones) and the late Glenn Frank Kline. He was christened at First United Methodist Church.
After graduating from Jersey Shore Area Senior High School, he went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State. He was a gifted engineering manager who spent his career working at several steel companies.
Daniel, like his father, developed a passion for hunting. He enjoyed target shooting with friends and family. He also had a love for flying drones, driving his high-speed remote control cars, and riding his motorcycle, which matched his brother’s. He could build or fix just about anything. For so long, he poured himself into work.
Daniel was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Kline, who passed away in 2009.
He is survived by his devoted mother, Carol Eleanor Kline (Jones). He is also survived by his children: his son, Matthew D., his daughter, Jordyn K.—children of Amanda Kline; his sister, Lori Whitehead (Charles W. III); his brother, Cordell E.; Cordell’s sons, Blayze M. and Justin Childers.; and four grandchildren.
