Donald G. Beardslee Jr.

     Donald G. Beardslee Jr., 70, of Avis, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at his home.

     Born June 20, 1954, he was a son to the late Donald G. Beardslee Sr. and the former Betty I. Streeter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Claudia Bilbay and Kay Starkweather.

     Donald was an avid fisherman and enjoyed watching sports, especially football. He honorably served his country in the United States Army.

     He is survived by his loving wife, the former Bonnie L. Koch; children, Autumn Bilbay (BJ Keller), of Trout Run and Nathan Bilbay, of Avis; two sisters, Deborah Peddigree, of Avis and Doris Beardslee, of Jersey Shore; two brothers, David (Barb) Beardslee, of Jersey Shore and Daryl (Jean "Missy") Beardslee, of Avis; and numerous nieces and nephews.

     In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services.
