Douglas W. Huling

     Douglas W. Huling, 64, of Jersey Shore, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2026.

     Born July 22, 1961 in Williamsport, he was a a son to the late James W. Huling and the former Mary L. Lehman.

     Doug worked as a truck driver for Walmart for over 20 years and also dedicated his time to local Veteran Associations, especially transporting wreaths for Wreaths Across America.

     He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Ann Boatman, of Jersey Shore; a son, Benjamin J. Huling, of Jersey Shore; 1 granddaughter; brothers, Marvin R. (Brenda) Huling, of Jersey Shore, Steven F. Huling, of Lock Haven, and Michael J. (Jodi) Huling, of Jersey Shore; and his companion, Michele A. Eck.

     A visitation will be held from Noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, February 7, at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore, followed by a Memorial Service at 1 p.m. at Welker Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest at a later date in the Oval Cemetery. www.WelkerFuneralHome.com
