Franklin L. Carpenter, 72, of Linden, passed away Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024, at his home.
Born Oct. 7, 1952 in Jersey Shore, he was a son to the late Eldis A. Carpenter and the former June M. Blair. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Karen E. Carpenter.
Frank was a retired machinist from Anchor Darling Valve Company. After retirement, he was employed by the Central PA Auto Auction. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army.
He enjoyed riding his Harley, hod rods and antique cars.
He is survived by his wife, the former Lori A. Reibsame; a son, Wesley J. (Maria) Carpenter, of Brunswick, Ga.; a daughter, Brandy R. (Tom) Clements, of Williamsport; six grandchildren; and a brother, Eldis Carpenter.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are entrusted to Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, Jersey Shore.
