Jeffrey L. Cathcart

     Jeffrey L. Cathcart, 62, of Jersey Shore, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2024.

     Born August 24, 1961 in Clearfield, he was a son to James Cathcart and the former Rosemary Conklin. 

     Jeffrey was a graduate of Lock Haven High School and Penn College. He retired after many years of service from Backyard Broadcasting as a DJ. He also was a podcast creator, loved music and the Dallas Cowboys.  

     In addition to his father, he is survived by his loving wife, the former Ardena R. Welshans; his children, Jennia Karstetter, of Loganton, Paul Karstetter, of Jersey Shore, Victoria L. Cathcart, of South Williamsport, and Rebecca F. Cathcart, of Jersey Shore; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; and a brother, Trace Cathcart, of Lock Haven. 

     Services will be private.
