June Y. Clark

     June Y. Clark, 89, of Jersey Shore, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2023 at UPMC Williamsport Hospital.

     Born Aug. 14, 1933 in Lock Haven, she was a daughter to the late Fred L. Yearick and the former Maida B. Reeder. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Clark in 2015; and a brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Delores Yearick.

     June was a devoted member of the Avis United Methodist Church.

     She is survived by a daughter, Maida J. (Brad) Williamson; 7 grandchildren;3 great-grandchildren; stepchildren, Craig A. (Cindy) Clark, Duane E. Clark, and Denise D. Clark; two brothers, Graydon L. (Pat) Yearick, and Wayne L. (Renee) Yearick; and two sisters, Connie L. (Robert) Shaible and Joan A. (Clair) Mattas.

     A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 4, 2023 at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore. A visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 4 until the time of service at Welker Funeral Home. Pastor Brian Moyer will officiate. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Linnwood Cemetery.

     In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in June's name be made to the Avis United Methodist Church or the Clinton County SPCA.
