Linda L. "Gertie" Haag

     Linda L. "Gertie" Haag, 74, of Williamsport, passed away Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021, at her home.
     Born Aug. 2, 1947, in Williamsport, she was the daughter of the late Harold F. Berry and the former Marvene M. Murphy.
     Linda was a member of the Oval United Methodist Church. She worked as a hairdresser for 6 years at the Beauty Bar in Williamsport. Later on, she worked as cook supervisor for Sodexo at Manor Care in Jersey Shore for 35 years before retiring in 2014.
     She loved watching football on TV, especially Penn State and the Steelers. She was also an avid Yankees fan.
     She is survived by her granddaughter, Erica Glace (Mario Gonzalez) of Loganton; and great-grandchildren, Heaven, Madalynn and Mario Jr. Gonzalez.
     A time of visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022, at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m.  She will be laid to rest next to her parents in the Fairview Cemetery. Pastor Daniel Havrilla will officiate.
