Marian S. Currie

     Marian S. Currie 98 of Jersey Shore died Tuesday Sept. 27 2022 at Promedica in Jersey Shore.
     Born May 18, 1924, she was a daughter to the late Emerson Swinwhart and the former Margaret Wolfe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James N. Currie.
     Marian retired from Trimtex after many years of service and was a member of the McElhattan United Methodist Church.
     She is survived by a daughter, Judith K Riggle of Jersey Shore; grandson, Thomas (Danyelle) Riggle of Las Vegas; granddaughter, Emily Riggle of South Carolina; great-grandson, Asher Standard of South Carolina; and her adopted family, Keri and Elizabeth Diehl of Kutztown, Katie (Harold) Fetzer, Bentley Fetzer, and Brae Lynn Fetzer, all of Milton.
     Services will be held at the convenience of the family. She will be laid to rest in the Linwood Cemetery next to her husband.
