Mary L. Huling, 83, of Jersey Shore, peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born May 9, 1941 in Oriole, she was a the daughter to the late Marvin D. Lehman and the former Jeanne E. Laubach. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Huling on January 19, 2005, they were united in marriage on October 24, 1958; and three sisters, Janet, Shirley and Marlene.
For many years Mary was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. She retired from Alta Products. Mary loved being a homemaker, cooking, socializing with her friends, but her greatest love was her family.
She is survived by four sons, Marvin R. (Brenda) Huling, of Jersey Shore, Douglas W. (Michele) Huling, of Jersey Shore, Steven F. (Jenifer) Huling, of Lock Haven, and Michael J. (Jodi) Huling, of Jersey Shore; grandchildren, Jillian, Ben, Melissa (Tyler), Ryan, Jacob (Trishia), Eric, and Logan; and a great-granddaughter, Addison.
A visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, August 28 at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at Welker Funeral Home. The Rev. Jeffrey Howell will officiate. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Oval Cemetery.
