Milan G. "Milo" Dodson

     Milan G. “Milo” Dodson, 20, of Jersey Shore, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2026 and was greeted in heaven by his paternal grandmother, Marlene Trimble, and step grandfather, James
Chapman Jr. “Pappy Jim”.

     He was born October 22, 2005 in Williamsport. Milan was a 2025 graduate of Sugar Valley Rural Charter School and was employed by MPD Auto Parts LLC. He enjoyed working on cars and loved spending time with his friends and family. 

     He is survived by his “weine” dog, Rosie; his mother, Brenda Lyons and his sister, BrayLynn Dodson, who he resided with in Jersey Shore; his grandfather Donald Trimble of Muncy; his father, Cory Dodson, his paternal grandmother, Ecil Reyes, and half brother, River Dodson of Wyoming; and many friends and family who will miss him deeply.

     A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. Sunday, May 24, 2026 at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore, followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m.

     In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to offset expenses.
