Mitchell Andrew Mantle

       Mitchell Andrew Mantle, 26, of Jersey Shore, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2021.
       Born June 15, 1995, in Williamsport, he was a son to Mark A. Mantle, who precedes him in death and the former Catherine M. Todd.
       He was a 2014 graduate of Jersey Shore High School.
       Mitchell was was a loving son and brother and known to everyone as a gentle and kind man willing to help anyone.
       He is survived by his mother, Catherine M. (Payton) Martinez of Grantsboro, N.C.; sisters, Melina M. Mantle of Birmingham, Ala., Aleeah M. Martinez of Grantsboro, N.C. and Aubree L. Martinez of Grantsboro, N.C.; and two brothers, Marcous A. Mantle of Rauchtown and Rhett O. Martinez of Grantsboro, N.C.
       A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 31, 2021, at the Cornerstone Faith Fellowship Church, 525 River Mill Rd., Jersey Shore. Pastor Jeff Pennycoff will officiate.
