Monica C. (Brown) Stamus

Monica C. Stamus, 52, of Jersey Shore, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024 at her home.

Born April 23, 1972 in Philadelphia, she was a daughter to Linda and Jim Brown.

Monica worked at the Avis American Legion where she was an active Auxiliary member. She enjoyed riding side by sides, camping, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her fiance, Ronnie Bardo; children, Kristen (Hunter Hall) and Brian (Autumn Gundy) Dutcavich, Cindy Bardo, Christy Bardo and Ronnie Bardo III; sisters, Michelle (Gary) Brickner; Melissa Stamus and Moneque Stamus; 6 grandchilden; and a brother, Ike (Beth) Brown.

A memorial service will be held at 12 noon, Thursday, June 13 at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service at Welker Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held Thursday evening at 5 pm at the Avis American Legion, all are welcome to attend.
