Myron W. Miller, 98, of Salladasburg, passed away Friday, April 7, 2023 at the Gatehouse.
Born June 10, 1924 in Salladasburg, he was a son to the late Clarence S. Miller and the former Rosa Messner.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Florence B. Bubb; they were united in marriage on Aug. 10, 1943; two sons, Myron D. Miller and Kenneth E. Miller; and two brothers, Norman J. Miller and C. Larue Miller.
Myron honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired from Wire Rope after many years of service, and was a member of the Salladasburg United Methodist Church.
He is survived by a son, Terry L. (Janet) Miller, of Jersey Shore; 3 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and two daughters-in-law, Constance Miller and Lana Miller.
Memorial contributions in Myron's name may be made to the Salladasburg United Methodist Church, 310 Main St., Salladasburg, PA 17740.
Services will be held at a later date.
