Robert L. Sechrist

     Robert L. Sechrist Sr., of Jersey Shore, passed away Monday, Jan. 15, 2024, at Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital.

     Born July 20, 1946, in Jersey Shore, he was a son to the late Herman Sechrist and the former Verma Sylvis.

     He retired from High Steel in Williamsport after many years of service. Bob honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

     He is survived by two sons, Robert L. (Angela) Sechrist Jr. of Jersey Shore and Daniel D. (Sandra) Sechrist of Jersey Shore; 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Beverly (Andy) Kauffman of Jersey Shore.

     Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.

     Arrangements are entrusted to Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, Jersey Shore.
