Robert C. Sweely Jr.

     Robert C. Sweely Jr., 77, of Lock Haven, passed away Friday, June 30, 2023 at the  Jersey Shore Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

     Born March 3, 1946 in Lock Haven, he was the son to the late Robert C. Sweely Sr. and the former Mildred Berry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Jacqueline Fisher.

    He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and Robert was also a fan of Native American culture. He served as a line officer in Neffs Volunteer Fire Department and also served as an EMT of the North Whitehall Ambulance Company. For many years, he worked as a Sales Representative.

     He is survived by his daughter, Radelle S. Fritz, of Duncannon; two sons, Robert C. Sweely III, of Lock Haven and Todd R. (Lori) Sweely, of Jersey Shore; 7 grandchildren; and 1 great-granddaughter.

     Robert being an avid dog and cat lover, in lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to a local animal shelter.

     Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

     Arrangements are entrusted to Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, Jersey Shore.
