Rosa Maria Titus

     Rosa Maria Titus, 83, of Jersey Shore, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2025, at the Gatehouse.

     Born June 18, 1941 in Azores, Portugal, she was a daughter to the late Enrico Rodrigues and the former Rita Martin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Titus Sr. on Aug. 29, 2017.

     Rosa was a member of the Oval Church. She enjoyed baking, crocheting and bowling and travel, but her greatest love was her family.

     She is survived by her sons, Robert E. Titus Jr., of Sunbury, David A. (Patsy) Titus, of Berlin, Gary R. (Joy) Titus, of Portland Tenn., and Gordon E. (Courtney) Titus, of Jersey Shore; two daughters, Kathy L. Musheno, of Jersey Shore, and Terri A. (Gary) Walker, of Sanford, Maine; 23 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Amanda Blair, of Oveila, Fla., and Joyce (Jerry) Walker, of Loganton; and a brother, Jorge Desousa, of Jersey Shore.

     A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025, at the Oval Church, 6796 PA-44, Jersey Shore, PA. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, at the church. Rev Max Furman will officiate. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Rest Haven Memorial Park.
