Roy W. Johnson

     Roy W. Johnson, 75, of Jersey Shore, passed away Monday, July 8, 2024 at his home.

     Born May 28, 1949 in Everett, Washington, he was the son to the late Rudolph Johnson and the former Marjorie Tissue. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Denise Ann Feerrar on February 10, 2022, they were united in marriage on June 17, 1973.

     He was a member of the Jersey Shore V.F.W. and Legion, and for many years he coached soccer. He retired from Muncy Homes where he worked as an Electrician.

     He is survived by two sons, Cory W. (Michelle) Johnson of Dillsburg and Troy W. (Lauren) Johnson of Jersey Shore; 8 grandchildren, Maggie, Macie, Tanner, Tyler, Patrick, Timothy, Cory Jr., and Gabriel.

     A Celebration of life will be held at 12 noon, Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 4939 Beech Creek Mountain Road, Beech Creek, PA.

     Arrangements are entrusted to Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, Jersey Shore.
