Ruby Lockard Obituary
Ruby H. Lockard, 87, passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2026 at Sunbury Skilled Nursing and Rehab.
She was born October 14, 1938 in Gassaway, WV, daughter of Noah Mowery and the former Pauline Boggs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Lockard; brothers, William and Donel Hoffman, and Noah mowery; sister, Virginia Nolan; and a daughter, Lisa Harris.
She is survived by a daughter, Brandie Lockard of Pennsylvania; and a sister, Catherine McCoy of Ohio.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services.
Arrangements are entrusted to Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, Jersey Shore.
