Susan D. Carter

       Susan Denise Carter, 62, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 21, 2022. She was born in Williamsport on Aug. 2, 1959.
       Susan was a loved mother and grandmother. When she was running around town, you could count on seeing her out with her cousin and best friend, Candy Kriner Hein at her side. Susan enjoyed antiquing with her loving partner of 13 years, Randy Baylor. Her favorite activity was being with family. She loved her children, Justin, Brandon, and Caitlin, and adored all of her grandchildren. She could often be heard singing the baby bumblebee song to comfort her grand kids.
       A celebration of life will be held Sunday, May 22 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the South Williamsport Park complex. Please stop by, share stories, and help celebrate the life of the best mother, grandmother, friend, partner and person there could be.
