Susan G. Koren

     Susan G. Koren, 75, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the South Mountain Restoration Center.

     Born Jan. 9, 1948 in Punxsutawney, she was the daughter to the late Robert Haverilla and the former Mary Rose Sandy.

     For many years, she worked as a Registered Nurse, working at Clearfield Hospital and also Jersey Shore Hospital.

     She is survived by her husband, James N. Koren; and a son, Matthew Christopher Koren.

     A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 3, 2023 at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 118 Kendall Ave., Jersey Shore. She will be laid to rest in the Jersey Shore Cemetery.

     Arrangements are entrusted to Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, Jersey Shore.
