Obituary
Vicki L. Rhinehart, 64, of Lock Haven, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital.
Born November 14, 1958 in Altoona, she was the daughter to Edward Donley and the former Ethel Hanscom.
Vicki was a 1976 graduate from Jersey Shore High School. For many years, she attended Pine Run United Methodist Church and worked at Clinton County Youth Services.
She is survived by her loving husband, Eugene Rhinehart, they were united in marriage on September 29, 2000; her mother, Ethel Donley of Linden; and a brother, Kurt E. Donley of Julian.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are entrusted to Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, Jersey Shore.
